Moved Threads

There seems to be a lot of threads being moved, I was wondering why?
also if they are moved can you put what category they are being moved to if Nomadians want to carrying on reading and commenting on the threads.

Points noted.

I'm not to sure why these posts are being moved, I presume because one of the moderators feels they are not related to the SCFL ?

The forum seems to have slowed down a bit the past few weeks, so for me the more content the better.

Any possible coincidence with the school holidays finishing

keva, i have been moving them because as Gareth has said they really have nothing to do with county league fooball, you will find most have been moved to "general discussion" because thats what they are and some in the Drivel because that is what they are !! hope this helps

A few months ago Geoff opened up the forum to cover a broader wider range of subjects , presumably to encourage more chat , now you seem to be closing that avenue again.

Do the moderators talk to each other? to establish forum policy?

Not sure about everyone else but I don't want to have to search multiple forums to find things to chat about , I want to have one size fits all , people are intellligent enough to filter out what they want to read and respond to , I don't stick to SCFL for all my football needs , If i stuck to visiting every site individually to chat about footie I would need to visit 7 or 8 sites from internationals down to lewes and district sunday league

I notice one of the subjects moved was entitled "Arundel"....have I missed a recent boundary change , last time I looked they were in the SCFL.

Does no-one use the "New Posts" link at the top of the main page?

search.php?search_id=newposts

This shows all new posts since your last visit, whatever subfolder they are put into.
